How to generate account statements & invoices
Efficiently manage client invoices and cost control operations with the SmartCar platform. Follow this guide to understand the process, supplemented by a short video tutorial for a better understanding.
Step 1: Access the Invoices & Statements Feature
- Log in to the SmartCar platform.
- Navigate to the “Invoices & Statements” option in the Utilities menu.
Step 2: Generate Account Statements
- Filter the data as needed to locate specific client accounts or transactions.
- Select the desired account entries from the list.
- Click the “Generate Statement” button to create a detailed account statement.
- The statement includes key details such as client information, transaction history, and outstanding balances.
Step 3: Generate Client Invoices
- Locate the client’s bookings that require invoicing.
- Select bookings using the checkbox in the “Select” column.
- Click “Generate Invoice” to create a customized invoice for the selected entries.
Step 4: Use Predefined Templates
- Choose from predefined invoice templates to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Templates can be customized through the Notification Templates section for tailored designs.
- Generate invoices as PDF files for easy sharing and record-keeping.
