Backoffice Users- Login Troubleshooting
Issue. The Backoffice application URL doesn’t launch
Resolving the issue:
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure that the URL is entered correctly in the browser’s address field.
Issue. The user cannot press the Login button.
Resolving the issue:
- All three fields on the Login page (Company ID, email, password) are mandatory. If any of these fields are not entered, the Login button will be disabled.
Issue. The user cannot log in. An error message “Access denied, bad credentials!” is displayed upon clicking Login.
Resolving the issue:
- Make sure you have entered the correct information for all three fields: Company ID, email, and password.
Issue. The user cannot log in. An error message “Access denied for IP: X.X.X.X!” is displayed upon clicking Login.
Resolving issue:
- If you are a limited user, the system only allows access from specific IP locations. Please contact your administrator for further details.
Issue. Once logged into the Backoffice application, not all menus and functions are visible.
Resolving the issue:
- If you are a limited user, please contact your administrator for more information regarding your access privileges.
