Issue. The Backoffice application URL doesn’t launch

Resolving issue:
– Check your internet connection
– Check the URL is correct entered into browser address field

Issue. The user can not press Login button

Resolving issue:
– All 3 fields from Login page (Company ID, email, password) are mandatory; if they are not entered, the Login button is disable

Issue. The user can not login – when press Login, an error “Access denied, bad credentials!” is returned

Resolving issue:
– Check you’ve entered the correct all three fields, Company ID, email and password.

Issue. The user can not login – when press Login, an error “Access denied for IP: X.X.X.X !” is returned

Resolving issue:
– You’re a limited user; the access to the system been forced to be only from specific IP locations; contact your administrator for further details.

Issue. Once I’ve logged into Backoffice application, I don’t see all menus and functions.
