📢 Exciting News! We’re thrilled to announce the latest release of our Backoffice Application! 🚀 We’ve been hard at work to bring you some fantastic new features and improvements that will enhance your management experience. Check out what’s new:

🗓️ Booking Management:

  • Automatically refresh the list when a new booking is created by another user or client, ensuring immediate visibility and a blinking effect to highlight the new booking.
  • Fixed an issue where the amount of money was incorrectly assigned as Cash for bookings with return.

🚖 Dispatch Management:

  • Introducing a new mechanism to help companies better manage their drivers’ resources, ensuring compliance with TfL license limits.

👥 Clients Management:

  • Redesigned Client edit window, with distinct sections for Wallet and Reward campaign management, displayed in a separate tab for better client management.
  • Added the option to send an email to the client directly from the Invoices section, with pre-filled client email and subject fields for convenient communication.

💼 Fleet Management:

  • Redesigned Edit Driver window, introducing Accounts and Cars management tabs for streamlined management of compensations, charges, and vehicle assignments.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented automatic approvals for new documents uploaded under the driver account.

📞 CallerID:

  • Updated integration support for YAY VOIP provider, with enhanced functionalities and capabilities.
  • Fixed a bug that caused issues with displaying the booking history for some clients.

🔗 ShareNetwork:

  • Optimized the acceptance mechanism for partner companies in the shared network, now verifying eligibility for vehicle capacity in addition to the number of passengers in bookings.
  • Introduced a new feature to set a maximum limit of bookings a client can create throughout a month, providing better control and management options.

📲 Push Notifications:

  • Firebase integration improvements and updates for enhanced push notification functionality.
